1. Your agreement

These terms cover the PWA InstallKit software operated by Alexander Zotz, at the address in our legal notice. You must be legally able to enter a contract, or have authorization to act for your organization. The checkout identifies the seller handling your payment and any separate payment terms.

2. What $9 buys

One payment of US$9 buys one Install-Kit slot for one PWA. It includes four iPhone/Safari illustrations and four Android/Chrome illustrations, downloadable as individual PNG images and one ZIP. There is no subscription or free personalized demo. The final amount, currency and any applicable taxes are shown before you pay in checkout.

A slot becomes available only after payment is confirmed by our server. Creating a guide consumes that slot. You can correct branding and regenerate the guide for the same app for 30 days from its creation. The guide is unavailable after that window and its generated files are removed by scheduled cleanup. Expiry does not restore the consumed slot. Customers cannot delete a guide to reuse a slot. Download your files before expiry; downloaded files can be kept and used permanently.

3. Your guide and its limits

Guides are branded illustrations based on our templates, not full screenshots of your website. We detect available public metadata; you should review and correct it before use. The service does not turn your website into an installable PWA or guarantee installation on every device or browser version. Browser interfaces can change. Both supported platforms are included; SVG templates and source files are not part of the purchase.

4. Rights and acceptable use

You retain rights in your app name, icons and other content. You give us permission to process them only as needed to provide the service. You must have the right to use content you submit and may not use the service for unlawful content, impersonation, unauthorized access, or attempts to bypass payment and technical safeguards.

You may reproduce and distribute the downloaded PNGs as installation instructions for the app covered by your purchase, including on its website, in emails and onboarding. Our underlying templates, software and unrelated intellectual property remain ours or their respective owners’. Do not resell the templates as a competing template library.

5. Availability and remedies

We use technical limits to protect the service and may suspend abusive use. If a paid guide cannot be delivered or is materially defective, contact support so we can correct the problem or arrange an appropriate remedy. We do not exclude rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees. Refunds and withdrawal rights are described in our refund policy.

6. Applicable law and changes

German law applies to our service agreement, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Applicable EU/EEA and US federal or state consumer rights remain intact. These terms do not require consumers to waive access to their legally available courts or agree to mandatory arbitration. Changes apply prospectively; the terms accepted for an existing purchase continue to govern that purchase unless a lawful change is necessary.
