Tell us what went wrong

Contact support@pwainstallkit.com with your account email and receipt reference for duplicate charges, a missing paid slot, failed delivery or a defective guide. We will investigate and arrange correction or the refund required by applicable law. Your checkout receipt also provides the payment seller’s support route.

EU/EEA consumer withdrawal

If you purchase as a consumer and have a statutory right of withdrawal, you may withdraw within 14 days after the contract is concluded without giving a reason. Send a clear statement to our support email or postal address. Sending it before the deadline is sufficient. This page and merely using a download do not constitute an express waiver of that right.

Where withdrawal applies, reimbursement is made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notification, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without a reimbursement fee. Any exception for immediately supplied digital content requires the legally required express consent, acknowledgment and confirmation; we do not assume those from an account registration.

Customers elsewhere and faulty purchases

Rights under applicable US federal and state law, UK law, or other mandatory local consumer law are not restricted by this policy. Where no statutory cancellation right applies, we do not promise an unconditional change-of-mind refund after a usable guide has been delivered. This does not limit remedies for non-delivery, defects, misdescription or an incorrect charge.

Payments and refunds are handled through the seller identified by Stripe Managed Payments. A refunded or disputed payment may revoke the associated slot and online access. Expiry after the disclosed 30-day editing window does not itself renew a slot or trigger a refund.
